A: All of our products have been designed to be as realistic as possible in size, feel and vapour production to tobacco alternatives. We have a clear focus on honesty, quality and value for money and offer a 30 day money back guarantee and warranties on our products. Our E-Cigarettes are much smaller, lighter and more realistic than our competitors and we offer a wide range of flavours to suit every taste.
Our ingenious Portable Charging Case (Included in the B&M E-Cigarette Starter Kit) allows you to carry 5 spare cartridges and two batteries. One battery can be charged on the move so you never run out of power – there is nothing worse than having to wait an hour to charge your used battery before you can use your Electronic Cigarette.
Most importantly, we are honest. We give you accurate details about our products and do not make false claims.
A: When the e-cigarette is puffed, air is drawn through the device. The pressure of the air being drawn through turns on a pressure switch which activates a small heating element. The heating element warms up the liquid nicotine solution in the cartridge which turns it into a thick, rich, smoke like vapour that feels and tastes the same as tobacco smoke but without the nasty after taste or odour.
A: Tobacco cigarettes contain over 4000 harmful chemicals such as arsenic, tar and carbon monoxide. It is believed that electronic cigarettes are 99% safer than tobacco alternatives and this has been independently demonstrated by Professor Michael Siegel from Boston University along with many other public health advocates.
A: The vapour contains a mixture of purified water, food grade flavourings, propylene glycol (PG), glycerol and nicotine.
A: Propylene Glycol is a chemical that is ‘generally recognised as safe’ by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. It is used in asthma inhalers, as an additive in foods and also in cosmetics and many medicines. It is also the main ingredient in smoke machines used in clubs, festivals and concerts.
A: B&M Electronic Cigarette cartridges are available in 6 fantastic flavours. Choose from Dark Tobacco, Golden Tobacco, Luxury Tobacco, Strawberry, Vanilla and Menthol.
Our E-Cigar Cartridges are available in 3 great flavours. Choose from Cuban Cigar, Golden Cigar or Fine Cigar flavour.

A: B&M Cartridges are available in either medium or high strength for all of our flavours, both for the E-Cigar and the Cartridge Style Electronic Cigarette
E-Liquid come in 3 strengths – low (6mg), medium (16mg) and high (18mg) in all flavours.
For all three E-Cigar flavours and the three ‘tobacco’ E-Cigarette flavours, the nicotine amounts are 16mg/ml for Medium and 24mg/ml for High
For the fruity E-Cigarette flavours (Menthol, Strawberry and Vanilla) the nicotine amounts are 11mg/ml for Medium and 16mg/ml for High
Soon we will be selling low nicotine and zero nicotine cartridges too!
A: No, there is no passive smoking from a B&M Electronic Cigarette or Cigar
A: Each cartridge will last for the equivalent of approximately 10 – 12 regular cigarettes or around 180 puffs.
We work out the amount of cigarettes each cartridge is equivalent to by dividing the amount of puffs (180) by the average amount of puffs a smoker will have per regular cigarette (15) so 180/15 = 12 cigarettes.
For those who have more puffs per regular cigarette (18 puffs for example), a cartridge will last for the equivalent of 10 cigarettes each: 180/18 = 10 cigarettes
How long each cartridge lasts really does depend on the user although generally each cartridge is the equivalent of 12 cigarettes for moderate to heavy smokers
Be careful of companies who say ‘our cartridges equal 40 cigarettes each’ these estimates are gained through some very questionable mathematics in their small print!
A: Each E-Cigar cartridge will last for around 1000 puffs or the equivalent of around 10 ‘Corona’ sized cigars
A: A 10mg bottle of E-Liquid is the equivalent of about 200 cigarettes.
A: When charging is required, the LED on the end of the battery will flash 30 times continuously
A: We do not sell our products to anyone under the age of 18. Nicotine is addictive and these products should only be used by existing smokers.
A: After the initial investment in the starter kit, you will only need to replace the cartridges. Cartridges cost £7.95 for 5 with each one being equal to around 10-12 regular cigarettes.
This means that you get the equivalent of 10-12 regular cigarettes for just £1.59! That’s around 70% cheaper!
With the MaxVapour refillable electronic cigarettes the potential to save money is huge. A 10ml bottle of E-Liquid costs less than a pack of 20 tobacco cigarettes and yet is the equivalent of over 200 cigarettes. That’s around 90% cheaper.
A: You sure can! If you want to use a B&M Electronic Cigarette or Electronic Cigar in a pub, restaurant or bar, let the proprietor know that it is not a real cigarette before using it to avoid confusion!
A: Our products are designed as smoking alternatives. We have been told by many of our customers that they found them very useful at helping to kick the habit. In fact recent research has shown that E-Cigarettes are 65% more effective at helping people quit tobacco that patches, gum or any other method. However, due to the way they are regulated, they are not allowed to be sold as aids to quitting smoking
A: NO! We do not recommend any pregnant or breastfeeding women using ANY nicotine based products
